- Applicants
will be involved in contracting and construction activities located
primarily on Oahu and the neighboring islands of Maui
and Kauai.
- The
projects are primarily industrial, civil, and mechanical, with some
architectural projects. They
include water and wastewater treatment plants, airports improvements,
public buildings, and military faculties. Type of work includes demolition,
renovation and new construction.
- The
company does not pay for new hire relocation or travel costs to Hawaii.
- Salary
and benefits are industry competitive, they are based upon each
applicant's and work related qualifications, and experience in the type

Senior Project Manager
Requirements
- Bachelor's
Engineering or Architectural Degree
- 10+
years construction experience
- Knowledge
of Excel, Word, Sure Trak, AutoCAD
Duties
- Responsible
for overall management of various building projects. Provides management oversight for all
phases of the construction projects, including coordinating workers,
material and equipment procurement, ensuring that specifications are
being followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget. Includes process submittals and
estimating.

Requirements
- Bachelor's
Engineering or Architectural Degree
- Knowledge
of Excel, Word, Sure Trak, AutoCAD
Duties
- Responsible
for preparation of submittals, tracking submittals, shop drawings,
purchasing materials, and assisting project manager on construction
contracts.
