Removal and rehabilitation of two digester covers along with concrete repair of the four digester tanks. Each cover was lifted out of the tank and placed on cribbing at ground level to enable structural weld repair and repainting. Rehabilitated cover was then lifted back into the tank using a 180 ton hydraulic crane. Installation of a new sludge pump station and associated electrical, piping and appurtenance along with the installation of the plant's new centrifuge.
