PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Oceanic Companies, Inc. was responsible for all construction activities to relace a large pressure vessel in BHP's (now Tesoro) operating refinery at Barbers Point. The project involved special coordination with the refinery operators as the installation was in a confined area of the process plant.
