Using A.R. Watson as a consultant, raise two 72' diameter welded steel above ground storage tank in order to repair the existing concrete tank foundations, install a new flexible membrane liner system (diaper) and leak detection system. Perform necessary API mandatory repairs in order to place tanks back in service including an aluminum dome roof and interior aluminum floating roof.
